About Us
Speak Over IP is a project by eSustain.
Background
The eSustain family has been working informally since 2003. In 2007, the group decided to be under a formal umbrella in continuing our services to our ever growing valuable customers. And that's how eSustain came into being.
The eSustain Network is a network of trained IT Professionals that have vast knowledge and years of experience working in the IT industry. Most of our staff is ITIL® certified, experienced with Managed Services. The dedication to our work and a friendly work environment makes us the most suitable IT team available to let our clients meet the most challenging goals.
The eSustain Network does all its operations remotely, using powerful online tools that make distances meaningless. Whether it is a team collaboration or an interaction with a client, we make use of the fastest and most effective ways of communication online.
Our professionals are not always dedicated to clients full time. We have individuals in our team that work full time for reputed organizations and work with us part time. But we make sure there is someone available all the time for an urgent request through our excellent ticket routing system.
We are a community concsious team. Some of our clients also qualify as non-profit organizations. To such organizations, we offer our services for a lower cost.
We focus on having a relationship of trust with our clients. Our aim is not only to have long lasting clients who are satisfied with our work for the price they pay, but also a step further in trust and loyalty.
